Lopend ben je in 10 minuten op de Hogeschool Saxion. Onderweg ligt winkelcentrum ‘Boreel’ met o.a. een Jumbo supermarkt, MediaMarkt en sportschool Basic-Fit. Het centrum van Deventer ligt op 5 minuten fietsen. In het centrum vind je de bekende winkels zoals H&M, Douglas, Game Mania en nog veel meer. Zin om te dansen? Het nachtleven is ook op loopafstand!
Indeling studio:
Entree, nette keuken voorzien van koelkast, fornuis en afzuigkap. Woon/slaapkamer voorzien van voldoende kastruimte, bed, en bureau. Keurige badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet.
De studio's zijn compleet gemeubileerd en in het complex is een gemeenschappelijke wasruimte aanwezig.
De contracten zullen gebaseerd zijn op short stay. Dit betekent dat als je de Nederlandse nationaliteit hebt, je hier maximaal 6 maanden kunt wonen. Als je niet de Nederlandse nationaliteit hebt, kun je hier maximaal 12 maanden wonen. Na deze periode eindigt het contract en is verlenging niet mogelijk.
De éénmalige kosten zijn:
- Diverse opstartkosten €202,50 -
- Professionele eindschoonmaak van studio €100, -
- Borg: € 2.000, - (Dit krijg je aan het eind van je verblijf terug, onder de voorwaarde dat je de studio in goede staat achterlaat).
Optioneel:
- Linnenpakket €120, -
- Keukenpakket €75, -

Brand new fully furnished studios in Deventer! (short stay contract)
Great news for those who are looking for housing in the beautiful city of Deventer.
The campuses will have a total of 89 furnished studio’s, all with a private bathroom and kitchen and are 18 m2. A paid laundry area is also available in one of the buildings.
NOTE: these studios are only available for students. This means also a home-study, intermediate vocational education or an internship is allowed.
By foot you will be at the Hogeschool Saxion in 10 minutes. Along the way you will find shopping center 'Boreel' with a Jumbo supermarket, MediaMarkt and Basic-Fit gym. The center of Deventer is a 5-minute bike ride away. In the center you will find well-known stores such as H & M, Douglas, Game Mania and much more. Feel like dancing? The nightlife is also within walking distance!
The contracts will be based on short stay. This means that if you have the Dutch nationality you can live here up to 6 months. If you don't have the Dutch nationality, you can live here up to 12 months. After this period the contract ends and extension will not be possible.
