The Hogekamp - a former faculty building has been transformed into 445 fully equipped studios. They all have their own bathroom and kitchen.
Apart from the studios there is also areas for common use. There will be, a play area, a lounge area and a study area on the ground floor. and many more!
There is also a paid laundry room, a roof terrace and a terrace at the entrance of the building. If you need extra storage space, you can also rent a private storage.
Basic information:
Due to tax restrictions relating to the rental of Camelot Europe studios in Enschede, the following requirements apply:
- Studios are intended for foreign students / expats, both EU and non-EU.
- Maximum stay in the Netherlands can be up to 3 years. (If you live in the Netherlands for a year, you can stay in Camelot for a maximum of 2 years.)
- Registration in the GBA (Municipal Personal Records Database) is possible.
- You can prove your short stay by offering your enrollment for a student for an indefinite period / expat without any possibility of extension / extension.
In addition, the following costs apply:
- Maintenance contract € 7.95 p / m
One-off costs:
- Deposit € 2000, -
- Cost of final cleaning € 100, -
- Various start-up costs € 205, -
